Dear Mr Simpson,
I just received a letter from one Mr Mathews, who is a valued customer of ours. He purchased a Canon DSLR camera from our online store last Monday. The next day itself, we shipped the item through your express delivery service. But unfortunately he is yet to receive his shipment and that is kind of surprising because on your website you have clearly stated that all domestic shipments will reach their destination within 48 hours of shipping. As you can see, over six days have already passed since the item was shipped.
We take great pride in the quality of our customer service and would like an explanation as to how this delay happened because it has put our reputation at stake.
I would be most grateful if you would reply as soon as possible so that this matter can be resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.
