Summary: In every creation, it is possible to see some kind of order, expressed by patterns. These patterns articulate both the creative process itself and its result in the form of tangible and intangible cultural goods or events. The row can be more or less exposed or hidden. Patterns can be of different types and origins. Some come from the mind, others from consciousness. Patterns of mind can be to varying degrees local, regional, regional... Patterns of consciousness are largely universal.
There are various transitional patterns as well as a kind of dynamic of their transformations.

Sometimes it's just funny how people of different minds believe in documents. As if the truth is always necessary and unquestionable in them. Instead of looking for the often suspicious, tendentious or superficial records, it would be incomparably more fruitful for them to dive into the depths of their own consciousness and look for everything they are interested in there. To read, but not to interpret. Easier said than done!
Mindful people, although they may not know about the statement of David Hume, the 18th century British philosopher, regularly act in accordance with it.
In his "Research on Human Reason" he wrote: "All this creative power of the mind is nothing more than the ability to build upon, transpose, amplify, or silence the materials afforded to us by our senses and experience."
Unfortunately, it follows that any new ideas are just new combinations of old.
On the scale of creativity, people of the mind stand low, not exceeding the level of weaker talent. Otherwise, they could be destructive, inert, controlled routinists and followers. Much more often they repeat the familiar than create something new.
Only immeasurable stupidity and selfishness, greed and arrogance can insist on protecting "intellectual property" with patents and copyrights.
Consciousness is the inexhaustible source of everything. Its gifts should be made freely available to all. That would allow everyone to grow together. What can be discovered by someone can be discovered independently by anyone, anytime and anywhere, if they are "attuned" to the topic. Consciousness can align you with anyone or anything in the process of creation: person, feeling, form, event, appearance, environment...
The mind can only take the gifts of consciousness and manipulate them.
This is the whole "secret" of the origin of patterns ("laws"), the order of every creation, including folk (folkloric) creation.
Everything you think you know, but you don't have in experience, and you didn't know it through experience, is just a mere belief or prejudice - just a burden and a hindrance to notice, recognize and live the truth from moment to moment.
EXAMPLES FROM EXPERIENCE
1. As a child, I enjoyed improvising, singing melodies using only vowels. It's not that I wanted it to be like that, it just happened by itself. Besides entertaining me, it made me light and happy, playful, without any thoughts or intentions. Melodies came in, became rarer, unusual, not like anything familiar... But as much as it amused and pleased me, my father was not so up to it. He insisted that I stop it and sing "as it should be sung, so that everyone can understand". It both angered and amazed me. Of course, I immediately stopped singing spontaneously. Not because I wanted to obey my father, but because of a sudden drop in mood and disconnection from the source of inspiration. When your freedom of spontaneous expression is cut off, your power of improvisation is withdrawn.
Children live in the dimension of consciousness and play. Adults live in the dimension of mind - reasons, causes, goals and purposes, planning, memory and control. People of the mind love only what is known, accustomed, predictable and therefore old, repeatable, the same, similar and comparable. People of consciousness more love what is different, new, unknown, original, unpredictable, unique...
2. Many years later, I was waiting for a bus at the Petrovac station. I went to work in Budva. Next to me was a lady with the same intentions. An acquaintance came by with a car and offered us a ride. I asked him how he was, because he didn't seem well. He said he had a bad headache. There was silence. After a while I felt an urge that I understood as "sing to him". I'm not someone who often sings in company. That's why I was restrained. But that urge didn't stop, and I finally said: "Maybe I could help you if I sang." "Help me anyway," said the driver.
