🎙 IELTS Speaking Part 1: Introduction & Interview
Examiner: Do you use any apps or technology when shopping?
Candidate: Yes, definitely. I often use Telegram chatbots to get quick information about clothing or materials. I also follow several fashion channels and shops.
Examiner: Have you ever used a chatbot to find a product?
Candidate: Yes, I have. I used a chatbot where I could upload a photo of a dress, and it helped me find something similar, including the shop location and price.
Examiner: Do you think technology helps customers make better choices?Candidate: Yes. It saves time, gives detailed info, and makes it easier to compare products before buying.
Examiner: What about people who don’t like using technology?
Candidate: I think it depends on the person. Some prefer real human interaction, but many young people enjoy the speed and convenience of smart tools like chatbots.
🎙 IELTS Speaking Part 2: Long Turn (Monologue)
Describe a useful technology for the fashion or shopping industry. You should say:
What it is
How it works
Why it is useful
And explain how it helps both customers and designers
Candidate’s Response:
One of the most useful technologies in the fashion and e-commerce industry today is Telegram chatbots. These are smart tools that can help customers find the right product very fast, just by sending a photo, writing a keyword, or using filters like location, fabric, or style.
For example, if someone is looking for a red silk dress made in Spain, they can message the bot and get options in seconds — with links, prices, and even AI-generated descriptions.
This is great for customers because it saves a lot of time, and they don’t need to search through many websites. It also helps them discover local or custom-made items they might never find otherwise.
For designers like me, chatbots are amazing because we can connect with people who really want our exact type of work. It’s a new way of customizing fashion — directly from the creator to the client, based on what the client truly wants.
I believe such tools will become more popular and smarter in the future, especially with AI support.
🎙 IELTS Speaking Part 3: Discussion
Examiner: How do chatbots change the way people shop for fashion?
Candidate: Chatbots make shopping more interactive and personal. Instead of browsing for hours, people can describe what they want, or show a photo, and get instant results. It feels more like talking to a stylist than searching in a store.
Examiner: What are the benefits for people who sell fashion or write product descriptions?
Candidate: For sellers, chatbots can find customers who are already interested in their exact product. It’s better than advertising to everyone. And for writers or content creators, it helps to know what kind of tone or style customers are looking for, so the message can be very effective.
Examiner: Are there any risks in using AI tools like GPT for business?
Candidate: Yes, of course. Some people might use AI to copy ideas or create fake products. Also, customers may lose trust if the information is wrong. That’s why it’s important to use AI carefully and combine it with human quality control.
Examiner: Do you think this kind of technology will replace traditional shopping?
Candidate: Not completely. I think it will become a part of the shopping experience. People will still want to touch clothes and try them on, but AI will help them choose better before they visit a shop.
